When Kent and Lisa bought their home overlooking Ken Caryl Ranch, they saw the potential but knew the original deck had to go. It was small, weathered, and long past its prime. They called us to create something worthy of the view, and we delivered a 4-Season Outdoor Space that completely transformed their home. Built on our Steel Forever Frame System, the new structure won’t ever rot. It features a stunning outdoor kitchen, a massive fire feature with 3-foot-tall glass wind walls, and a custom roof with a skylight that floods the space with natural light. Below, a finished walkout area adds even more room to relax. What started as a simple upgrade turned into a total lifestyle shift and a return on investment that speaks for itself.
