These awesome clients first saw our Custom Decks and Outdoor Living Spaces on network television almost a decade ago. They lived in another state at the time but, years later, moved to Colorado and found the perfect home on a beautiful lot with breathtaking views in Genesee. Their new property was missing only one thing: an inviting outdoor space where these nature enthusiasts could enjoy the scenery and fresh mountain air in comfort.

The Story
They eagerly sought Masterpiece to create their dream setting, and we're glad they did! Seeing this young family prepare pizza in their outdoor kitchen, dine on their new deck, and enjoy dessert around their custom fire feature is a rewarding reminder that our decks make a difference in Outdoor Living. The Vision
Our client's old deck was a rotten, uninviting eyesore. We wanted to create a functional, family-friendly space that would take advantage of their gorgeous views and complement the home's architecture. Steel framing and premium composite decking material were important features due to the harsh conditions of their mountainous location.
Our plan included a solid roof to protect them from the sun and rain with a large skylight to ensure the interior kitchen wouldn't be darkened. The bar top seating area is perfect for enjoying the views with a cold drink, and the outdoor kitchen with customized accessories can cook up any desired cuisine. Infrared heaters provide warmth on cooler days and low voltage lighting adds ambience and beauty at a command.
